SITTING TOO MUCH!

This morning after most of my work was completed I could have gone for a walk; but instead I chose to write about this article I read on Yahoo...it caught my eye when I saw the next line: sitting can be deadly...holy cow and mackerel...

It tells that too much sitting can be disastrous, that genes regulating glucose and fat in our bodies can be lessened by exercising and that is much more affective practiced several times a day...I'm not sure about glucose but fat I can relate to...

This article mentioned that Canadians have a death rate unsurpassed my almost all people...I was born up there where it snows for 8 months when we rarely walked quickly, got to school walking super slow in 3 feet of snow, not at an exercise level...in the summer we spent a lot time eating burgers at my uncle's store...

We knew hardly any other sports so we couldn't play hockey for 4 months...
I blame my parents for the shape I'm still in!

I felt fat just sitting and reading this!! I need to get up now and walk around...ugh!
It's never too late to start walking. Never! Let's do that every day. Just walk around the block a couple of times.
I am so glad you only lived in Canada for a short time too! And so glad you have a burger connection too!! :)

Start walking and fast!!! Maybe you could eat a burger while walking.
